b 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and b 999, operating at b999-vip.com ("the Platform"). By accessing the b 999 website, creating an account, making any deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the b 999 platform. b 999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. These Terms apply to all b 999 products and services including the Live Casino, sports betting, esports betting, poker, baccarat, fishing games, ludo and any other games or features offered on the platform now or in the future. Game-specific rules supplement but do not replace these general Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use b 999, you must register an account. Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play. b 999 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one b 999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, outstanding bonuses forfeited and any balances held pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a unique password. You must keep your login credentials private. b 999 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to the b 999 support team immediately.

b 999 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered mobile number. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in withdrawal delays until the process is completed satisfactorily.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to hold a b 999 account.
• One account per person — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• All registration information must be accurate and current.
• b 999 accounts are personal — you may not sell, transfer or allow third parties to use your account.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their b 999 account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All b 999 transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. b 999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are independent of b 999 and are outside the platform's control.

The minimum deposit at b 999 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits during normal operation, though b 999 may apply temporary deposit limits during periods of suspected irregular activity on an account pending investigation.

Deposit funds are credited to your b 999 wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits are credited within the same banking day in most cases. Card deposits are subject to the processing time of your bank or card issuer.

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed the same day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT on business days. b 999 may hold a withdrawal pending identity verification if the player's account has not previously completed KYC, or if the withdrawal amount or recent activity on the account triggers a standard review. Players will be notified promptly if a withdrawal is held and given clear instructions on what is required to release it.

b 999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must come from an account or wallet registered in the player's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account reviewed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

b 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. Where specific terms and these general Terms conflict, the specific terms of the individual promotion take precedence.

Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable PKR, you must complete the wagering requirement specified for the relevant bonus. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 1x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 1,000 in eligible games before the funds become withdrawable.

For sports betting bonuses, eligible bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.60 (decimal) on single bets or accumulator legs. Cashed-out bets, void bets and bets on excluded markets do not count toward wagering requirements. For live casino bonuses, eligible games and contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• One welcome bonus per player — determined by CNIC, mobile number, household, payment method and IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• b 999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time for players who have not yet claimed it.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus through low-risk wagering strategies, matched betting or exploitation of promotional mechanics may result in the bonus being voided and the associated account reviewed.
• b 999 may at its discretion offer personalised bonuses to individual players. These are subject to the specific terms communicated with the offer.

If b 999 determines that a player has abused bonuses or promotions — whether by operating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, providing false information or exploiting technical errors in the bonus system — the platform reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, deduct associated winnings from the player's balance and suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Sports Betting and Esports Betting Rules

All sports and esports bets at b 999 are accepted subject to these Terms and any sport-specific rules published in the betting section of the platform. A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the b 999 system. A bet that is submitted but not confirmed — for example because the odds moved before the submission was processed, or because of a connection interruption — has not been placed and will not be settled.

b 999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market or selection. Maximum stake information is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. b 999 also reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation, though this right is not exercised arbitrarily and will not be applied to disadvantage regular recreational betting activity.

Odds at b 999 may be changed at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed when a bet is submitted are the odds at which the bet will be placed, subject to any changes that occur before the system confirms the bet. Players will be shown updated odds and asked to accept or decline before any bet is confirmed at different odds from those initially displayed.

• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are demonstrably incorrect due to a technical fault — b 999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. b 999 does not guarantee acceptance of in-play bets after a relevant event has occurred — for example, a goal or wicket that occurred before the bet was submitted but after the player pressed confirm.
• For cricket matches shortened by weather, b 999 will settle markets according to the official match result as declared by the governing body. Abandoned matches with no official result are voided and stakes returned.
• For esports events, if a match is restarted due to a technical error during play, bets placed before the restart stand unless b 999 determines the restart invalidates the relevant market's outcome, in which case affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

6 Live Casino Rules

The b 999 Live Casino offers real dealer games including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and live game show titles. All Live Casino outcomes are determined by physical processes — real cards, real wheels, real dice — operated by trained dealers in a professionally equipped studio. b 999 Live Casino outcomes are not determined by RNG software.

Live Casino bets are final once confirmed. If a player's connection drops after a bet has been confirmed and the round is in progress, the round will continue and the result will be applied to the player's balance when the connection is restored. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the time of disconnection — not yet confirmed by the system — will not be registered.

In the event of a technical failure that prevents the proper completion of a Live Casino round — for example a studio power failure or critical streaming error affecting all players at a table — the affected round will be voided and all confirmed bets for that round refunded. Partial round results will not be used to settle bets where the round did not complete normally.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

b 999 operates a strict fair play policy. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent banning from the platform. In serious cases, b 999 may report activity to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one b 999 account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multi-accounting, matched betting with another b 999 account, low-risk wagering designed purely to meet requirements without genuine play, or any other method intended to extract value from promotions beyond their intended purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any tool that places bets or makes game decisions without real-time human input.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately using known bugs, glitches or errors in the b 999 platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using b 999 to deposit, wager and withdraw funds as a method of obscuring the origin of those funds. b 999 operates strict AML controls and cooperates with authorities where required.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment claims or chargebacks after winnings have been received or bonuses claimed.

b 999 uses monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and account activity. Players whose accounts are identified for investigation may have transactions held pending review. b 999 will communicate clearly with the player during any investigation and resolve matters as promptly as possible.

8 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

b 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification when requested, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity for 12 consecutive months, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings derived from the prohibited activity — may be forfeited. Where a balance is forfeited following a verified breach, b 999 will communicate the reason in writing to the registered email or mobile number on the account.

Players wishing to close their own account for any reason may do so by contacting the b 999 support team. Any balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard identity verification procedures. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened by contacting support unless the account was closed under self-exclusion, in which case reinstatement is subject to the self-exclusion period and cooling-off procedure.

Inactive accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 months — may be flagged by b 999. Players will be notified before any action is taken. Dormant account balances will be maintained for a minimum of 36 months from the last login date.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

b 999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at b999-vip.com/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

b 999 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is used only for the operation of your account, processing of transactions, fulfilment of regulatory and anti-fraud obligations, and improvement of the platform. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

b 999 is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime or technical failures outside the platform's reasonable control; errors in third-party data feeds used for in-play betting; delays in payments caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider; or losses incurred during any self-imposed or platform-imposed account suspension.

b 999's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's b 999 wallet at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or negligence causing personal injury.

12 Changes to These Terms

b 999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b 999 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect, except where an urgent change is required for legal or security reasons.

The current version of the Terms is always available at b999-vip.com/terms-conditions and includes the date of the most recent update. If you continue using the b 999 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account before they come into effect and withdraw your balance.
